1, preparation before commissioning

2, empty load test
After
the empty load barring confirmed after passing to empty load (without
the ball, not feeding) test, no load test should meet the following
requirements:
(1) the lubrication of the normal, no oil leakage phenomenon.
(2) the main shaft bearing temperature shall not exceed 50 degrees.
(3) the ball mill works smoothly, and the gear has no abnormal noise.
(4) there is no loosening of the lining board and transmission parts.
(5)
there was no significant change in energy consumption, continuous
operation for more than 8 hours, no abnormal accident occurred.
3, load test
No load test qualified can be carried out after the load test load test should be with the following requirements:
(1)
before the operation of the mill to add a specified amount of load of
20-30% steel balls and materials, running 8-10 hours, after the normal
30 minutes to join 10%, until the full load and the normal feeding of
10-20 hours of continuous operation;
(2) the ball mill works smoothly, without sharp periodic vibration and minor impact.
(3) the motor current is within the allowable range, and the temperature is below the allowable temperature.
(4) the lubrication point is normal, the temperature of the main bearing is not more than 50 degrees.
Three, Ball Mill Operating Procedures and Maintenance
1, Ball mill before the start: check all the connecting bolts are tightened, gears, couplings and the key to mine for fastening.
2, Check oil tank and reducer in the oil is sufficient, the oil pipeline is smooth.
3, Check around the mill and classifier without hinder the operation of
the debris, and then use the crane wheel to the mill for a week,
loosening the cylinder ball and the ore, and check the situation of gear
bared have no abnormal noise.
4, Start order is: first start the classifier, and then start the ball mill, all operating normally and then began to mine.
5, Operation process to achieve:
(1).
ball mill is not allowed to work in the case of overload and material
supply, in the process of using quantitative regularly from the entrance
of the feeder adding steel ball.
(2). the main
bearing per shift filling grease, and often pay attention to the
temperature rise is normal, motor voltage, current, temperature, noise.
(3). periodically check lining board screw fastening, prevent loose lining board, displacement and loss caused by accidents.
(4). check the size, main bearing, gear reducer lubrication condition.
(5).
observed before and after the end cover, cylinder, exhaust trough,
classifier overflow tank return sand, sand return sand blockage or
leakage.
(6). often pay attention to the change of ore properties, and take the appropriate measures in time according to the situation.
6, Stop order
When stop should stop feeding machine, to stay after the

7, Maintenance
In order to ensure the safety running and prolonging service life, ball mill must be planned overhaul:

temporarily, the focus is the replacement of wearing parts, adjust the
bearing and gear bared situation, repair the broken drain.
(2).
in the repair: once a year, the parts of the equipment to do a larger
cleaning and adjustment, replace a large number of vulnerable parts.
(3).
major overhaul: in addition to the completion of the task of small and
medium-sized repair, focus on replacing and repairing the major
components, such as hollow shaft, large gear and so on.
